LEARNING YOUR NEEDS

The first step in the mortgage process is to discover your needs. We will either meet in-person or have a conference call. During our time together, we will discuss what your objectives are. Do you want to consolidate debt? Purchase a new home? Buy an investment property?

We will take a look at your application in great detail.  I will review your credit history and make recommendations. I will provide you with a detailed report summarizing what we spoke about including a pre-approval letter if you are purchasing a home.
