Welcome to Robert Payne Law Office!
I was born and raised in the Windsor area. I am proud to have graduated from the Law School at the University of Windsor, and I am privileged to have been providing my legal services to residents of the Essex County community since 1999.
My practice is based almost entirely around residential real estate: buying, selling and refinancing. I have served well over 4000 clients, on transactions ranging from $50,000.00 fixer-uppers to luxury homes in excess of $500,000.00. I am very fortunate in that the majority of my clients have allowed me to serve them as a result of positive referrals from their friends, family, co-workers, realtors and mortgage brokers, who have employed my services in the past and have shared their trust and confidence in my honesty and abilities.
