  1. Well lit with full perimeter fencing and has extra wide driveways for easy access.
  2. Concrete block exterior construction
  3. 24 hour access available for drive-up units
  4. Interior heated and non-heated units restricted to regular business hours

Office Hours

Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 9:30am – 3:00pm
Sunday and other times by appointment only

Term of Rental Period 

  • month to month from 1st to last day of each month

Notice for Moving Out

  • 14 days notice prior to the end of term

Rates:

  • Monthly (full calendar month from 1st day of each month) no rebate for any unused part of term.

Payments:

 

 
  • Cash or cheque
  • A deposit is required either $25 or $50.

Reservations:
-Guaranteed for one week then payment for that term will begin and applies (per diem amount to months end).
-All reservation deposits are $25.00 and are non-refundable.
