APEX Construction and Remodel is owned and operated by lifetime Alaskans who have long and successful careers in construction. We are highly skilled craftsmen with vast amounts of experience.  In addition to running the company, they still work in the field as carpenters. When you call APEX for an estimate, a lead carpenter will take your call. At APEX we do not use salesmen with limited construction knowledge. Our lead carpenter's have in excess of 20 years of field experience. We can help guide you through materials selection, design layout, and the cost trade offs of your selections.

APEX can handle your construction needs from start to finish.  From simple home repairs to complex full scale remodels involving the whole house. APEX has the skilled craftsmen with the experience necessary to make your project a success. Flooring, tile, framing, drywall, texture, painting, windows, doors, cabinets, counter tops, trim, etc. We are the solution for all your construction needs. We can work for you under a bid contractor, or on smaller jobs at an hourly rate with a not to exceed amount. Please browse our portfolio of work. Hours of operation and scheduling

We try to be flexible with our work hours so that we can work around our clients scheduling needs.  When we bid your job, you will be asked for your input regarding acceptable work hours and work days preferred. Our goal is to finish your job in a quick and efficient manner that is in keeping with our commitment to quality. We can work within your schedule, to make your project hassle free. For our established clients we do provide emergency call out services as a way of saying thank you for their patronage. They are also given priority scheduling for small repair jobs. Our clients matter to use.


Warranty

At APEX we stand behind our work. We value you the client, and want to give you a quality product. We do this by employing quality craftsman, using quality products, and by using the best process for the job in accordance with quality building practices. Sometimes there can be small issues on a job.  Our policy is proactive engagement when it comes to these issues. Your lead carpenter who gave you the bid and that works the job from start to finish will try to catch any small errors before you even notice. Our goal is zero call backs, and 100% customer satisfaction.
