Presentation at Spectrum’s Weekly Resale Meeting

“Greener Pastures?………..Maybe Not
Most of you already know me. I see a lot of new faces and for those agents, allow me to introduce myself. My name is David Romano and I have been with Spectrum for 10 years now.

Earlier this year however, I made a big mistake. I though I might look for greener pastures. I left Spectrum in January, 2006 just to find out that the grass was not greener on the other side. At that time, I didn’t know any better. You see, when I started here I was only 18 years old, and over time, I guess I just wanted to see what else was out there. Believe me when I tell you, there’s nothing out there that can hold a candle to Spectrum. We work for a great company with outstanding stellar owners and managers behind us. Spectrum is the type of company where you end up AFTER checking out the others, and not the other way around. THIS IS HOME.

It feels good to be back and I was surprised to see the dramatic changes in the Resale Department, then I met Diane. She has done an outstanding job; lets give her a round of applause for her outstanding efforts and accomplishments here at Spectrum.

So basically I’m here to say that I fell off the wagon and management sobered me back up by welcoming me back with open arms and this just goes to show that we work for true and genuine gentlemen…..oh…..and lady. If any of you are ever thinking of making a decision such as I did earlier this year and need someone to talk to, confidentially of course, I’m always here.”
