Eric Fite works with a team of dedicated insurance professionals to provide the clients of Skylight Insurance with world-class customer service.  After completing college at the University of Texas at Dallas with a Degree in Business and a brief stint in Colorado at a marketing firm, Eric began his career in real estate and insurance with his family’s 3-generation real estate firm, CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company, serving the Dallas/Fort Worth marketplace since 1937.

While working as the Director of Operations for the firm for over 15 years, Eric also began leading the in-house insurance agency operations for the company.  He gained significant insight into how to create a successful insurance agency by aligning with insurance carriers that offer high quality insurance products, having systems and efficiencies in place to respond quickly to clients’ needs, and building rewarding relationships with our clients and business partners.

As President of Skylight Insurance, which serves the states of Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Minnesota, Eric is focused on providing the best experience possible for every customer.  Client loyalty comes with great product, pricing and service, and Skylight has made that its mission.

Eric holds several designations including Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), and Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR).  He is a graduate of the Brian Buffini Peak Producers Program and the REALOGY Ascend Executive Leadership Experience.  However, his greatest accomplishments are his wife, Rachel, and their four amazing children.
