We provide group classes. Our spacious group studio is located in suite 215 on the 2nd floor of The Laird Arcade Building.  All yoga classes are drop-in friendly unless otherwise state.

We also provide both group and private sessions and, in addition to yoga, aromatherapy and massage therapy.
