Hello, my name is Bill Miller. I was born and raised in Columbia Cross Roads, PA. I graduated from Troy Area High School in 1992.  I started working at Thomas and Betts in Horseheads, NY, where I held several positions including management. I was employed at Thomas and Betts for 14 years.  

After 14 years, I decided I wanted something different. I started my own handyman business, Backyard Handyman.   After about a year, I started doing flooring installations and really enjoy this line of work. I have been doing flooring installations and handyman work for the last 10 years. In 2018, I was given the amazing opportunity to purchase Oscar's Flooring Outlet in East Troy, Pa from my friend Jennifer Malehorn (Garrison). My wife and I are now the proud owner of S&B Flooring and Tile, Inc. I will still be installing floors for many years to come. Whether you see me in the store or on an installation, feel free to stop and say "Hello!"

I have been married to a wonderful woman, Treena Miller, for 20 years.  We have two amazing kids, Sadie and Brooke. Obviously, our kids mean the world to us, we named the store after them!
