At Elite Restoration Group we have handled a wide variety of commercial and residential building and insurnace restoration projects for clients. And, we couldn't have done it without our dedicated staff. Our employees have spent most of their lives working in the construction business and know the in's and out's of building requirements, especially in the Titusville area.

Our Head Staff

 General Manager and Elite Qualifier Troy Morgan has over 20 years of
experience in the contracting industry, but specializes in the insurance
restoration industry. Over the past 11 years he has worked with local insurance
repair companies learning what it takes to better address all the issues
involved in the claim process to allow customers get the best bang for their
insurance buck. Which lead to the idea of Elite Restoration Group along with
Patricia Morgan who has a background in financial operations. 

Troy is a State Licensed General Contractor CGC-1521028. State Licensed
Building Contractor CBC-1251943; State Licensed Home Inspector HI-602, State Licensed Mold Assessor MRSA-216, and State Licensed Mold Remediator MRSR-137. He also holds the certifications from American Restoration Systems of, M.R.S. Mold Remediation Specialist, W.R.S. Water Restoration Specialist, F.R.S. Fire Restoration Specialist, D.E.S. Disaster Estimation Specialist, and D.R.S. Disaster Restoration Specialist. 

Project Manager Travis Gier has himself over 20 years of experience in the
construction, with most of that time spent in the insurance restoration and
reconstruction industry. Travis was formerly the qualifier of another local
insurance restoration company, but decided to take some time of for 3
years then decided to come to Elite and add to our qualifications allowing
Elite to expand their already great client base. 

Travis is a State Licensed Building Contractor CBC-1251055, State Licensed
Home Inspector HI-956, and State Licensed Mold Remediator MRSR-82. He is also a certified Subrogation Specialist allowing Elite to handle the items related to the cause of the loss.

Continued Training and Experience

Elites Qualifier Troy Morgan is actively training and by January of 2014 will be Level 1-3 certified in Xactimate and by May of 2014 will carry the XCT Training certification allowing Elite to offer classes to adjusters and clients with CE credits in need of a brush up with Xactimate. 

Troy also by the end of 2013 will be a licensed Florida Certified All-Lines adjuster allowing him to better service his customers being able to understand how all aspects of the claim process works making Elite capable of better servicing the insured during the claim negotiation process. 

Troy will also by the end of 2015 be a state licensed roofing and plumbing contractor to offer a full range of buidling and restoration services to the insured. 

Troy is also actively training to hold the qualification of CMP Certified Mold Professional, WLS Water Loss Specialist, and CR Certified Restorer the most prestigious certifications in the industry from RIA The Restoration Industry Association. 

During this training process Troy will earn certifications from IICRC & RIA of: ASD Applied Structual Drying, HST Health & Safety Technician, CDS Commercial Drying Specialist,

Building Sciences Certified, Content Restoration Certification, MRT Mold Remediation Technician, CRT Certified Restoration Technician and MRS Mold Remediation Supervisor.
