RT Communications is a local exchange carrier providing telecommunication services to the Wyoming communities of Albin, Burns, Carpenter, Gas Hills, Hulett, Jeffrey City, Kaycee, Midwest, Moorcroft, Newcastle, Osage, Pine Bluffs, Shoshoni, Thermopolis, Upton, and Worland, as well as small regions of Montana and South Dakota.

Established in 1994 as a subsidiary of Range Telephone Cooperative, RT currently serves over 11,000 subscribers in sixteen telephone exchanges.  The company markets its products and services to residential and business consumers. RT’s service, sales, and distribution are provided by a group of highly trained technicians, customer service representatives, data specialists, and engineers.

Fifty-six full-time employees are currently stationed at the headquarters office in Worland, Wyoming and the surrounding central office locations throughout RT’s service area.
