Train Custom Homes was forged in the early months of 2011 by two like-minded homebuilders. Each had enjoyed separate success and both held the other’s work in high esteem. Together they believed they could provide an even better product by focusing on creativity, customer service and integrity.

Co-Founder Ronnie Sherrard has been a builder since 1978, starting at ground level hauling lumber. Partner Kevin Jackson has spent 14 years in the industry. Together, they have nearly 50 years of experience helping clients achieve their dreams through custom home design and construction.

The company was initially conceived over Tuesday morning breakfast meetings. As a friendship became a partnership, and a shared vision became a quest, Train Custom Homes was begun.  Behind Train is a strength and a passion for quality over quantity, long-lasting solutions over quick fixes, and customer satisfaction over all else.
