We are a policy-issuing agent for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, as well as an approved closing agent for most lenders in the area.

We provide closing services for residential and commercial real estate transactions throughout the State of Louisiana. We strive to improve communication between buyers, sellers, agents and lenders on a  professional level. We are second-to-none in depth of knowledge and quick response time.

We are a member of American Land Title Association and are in compliance with ALTA’s Best Practices, including use of private email domain, maintaining professional liability insurance, required licenses, escrow account security and reconciliation practices.
