Once the project has moved beyond design and into the permitting and construction phase Evergreen Dwellings holds frequent meetings to keep the owner informed of the progress. During the construction process you can expect the following;

• Current expense to budget tracking
• A comprehensive change order process to help you track the effects of changes to original budget
• Procurement schedules to help expedite long lead time products so they are available when needed
  
• Construction schedules are reviewed and maintained to eliminate unnecessary delays
• All construction is performed to the highest industry standards

Upon project completion to ensure complete satisfaction the following services are included;

• Complete owners & operations manuals for all systems
  
• Professional cleaning at completion
• A twelve month warranty on all labor
