Judy Weipert
Judy Weipert started with Cornell Abstract Company in 1982 and began preparing abstracts in the summer of 1984. Judy is exceptionally good at fine detail and has become very knowledgeable about Dickinson County property. Please contact Judy for questions or needs regarding written or verbal lien searches, abstracts, or just about anything related to the abstracting field.

Dallas Brown
Dallas Brown got his start in the title industry straight out of high school in June 1981 at Worth County Abstract Company in Northwood, Iowa. He worked there full-time for a year and a half before taking the opportunity to further his education, but always coming back to work at the abstract office during breaks from school. Dallas came back to the industry on a full-time basis when he accepted a position with Thiessen Abstract Company, at Sac City, Iowa in October, 1988. He remained with Thiessen Abstract Company until accepting a position with Jasper County Abstract, at Newton, Iowa in February, 1993. He made his final move in October, 1994, when he accepted his current position with Cornell Abstract Company. Dallas has helped further the title industry in Iowa by serving on the Iowa Land Title Association Education Committee for numerous years and is still assisting in that capacity. He also has had the honor of serving a 3-year term as the Northwest Iowa Regional Vice President for the Iowa Land Title Association.

Robin Kollasch
Robin Kollasch joined Cornell Abstract Company in 1996, and is an integral part of the abstract company, serving as loan closer, title guaranty processor, as well as researching and preparing abstracts of title. Robin also serves as backup for the Multiple Listing Service for Realtors®. Please contact Robin for professional and courteous service relating to loan closing, real estate or abstracting.

Deanna Eshelman
Deanna Eshelman joined the Cornell team in June of 2008. Born and raised in Sioux City, Iowa, she has over 17 years of Customer Service experience. She helps take care of the Lakes Multiple Listing Service along with Robin. Accounts receivable is also one of her passions. Her attention to detail is an asset to the Cornell Family. Assisting with many of the small areas of the abstracting business has become second nature to Deanna.
