E. Rand Burlingham, B.A., LL.B.

Rand graduated from the University of Saskatchewan College of Law in 1968 and articled with Si Halyk until 1973 when he joined his father, Elwood, and practiced as Burlingham and Burlingham.

Rand partnered with his wife, Cheryl, and Don Morgan and Al McLeod to form Burlingham McLeod Cuelenaere and Morgan, later known as Burlingham Cuelenaere. The firm was incorporated as Burlingham Cuelenaere Legal Prof. Corp. in 2005.

Rand has practiced for over 40 years primarily in the areas of real estate and wills and estates.

Sharla M. Haggett, LL.B. (with distinction)

Sharla graduated from the University of Saskatchewan College of Law with distinction in 2000 and articled with Burlingham Cuelenaere. She was called to the Bar in 2001 and has practiced with Burlingham Cuelenaere since that time.

Sharla is originally from Arborfield, Saskatchewan and is married with two children, a daughter and a son.

Sharla has a general practice which includes primarily real estate, corporate commercial, wills and estates and family law.

Allison M. Katarey, B. Comm., LL.B.

Allison graduated from the University of Saskatchewan College of Commerce in 2004 and the College of Law in 2007. She articled with Chow & Company in Moose Jaw and has practiced with Burlingham Cuelenaere since her call to the Bar in 2008.

Allison is originally from Melfort, Saskatchewan and is married with a young daughter.

Allison has a general practice which includes primarily real estate, corporate commercial, wills and estates and family law.

R. Lorne Jamieson, Q.C., B.A., LL.B.

Lorne graduated from the University of Saskatchewan, College of Law in 1968. He articled in the Department of Justice, Regina and then commenced private practice with Walker Agnew in Saskatoon. After one year with that firm, Lorne moved to Shmigelsky & Jamieson, which subsequently became Jamieson Lavoie. He joined WMCZ in 2001.

In 2007, Lorne received his Queen’s Counsel designation.

Lorne joined Burlingham Cuelenaere in 2010. His practice is primarily in Commercial and Business Law.
