Francis Phillips brings over 25 years of financial services experience to his work as Senior Mortgage Banker with First Choice Loan Services.  He takes a financial planning approach to assisting his clients with their home loans.

Francis began his career in the securities field, where he quickly became one of the top producers in the country.  Since 2002 he has focused exclusively on home loans, first by managing his own mortgage brokerage in Santa Fe, New Mexico and then by moving to the national scene as Director of Business Development for the nation’s 2nd largest mortgage broker and Director of Branch Development for a leading mortgage bank.

Community service is important to Francis.  He and his team have funded 3 homes for Santa Fe Habitat for Humanity.  He served as Producer for Kitchen Angels 15th Anniversary Gala – Bernadette Peters and the Santa Fe Symphony at the Santa Fe Opera - and was proud to be Associate Producer of Empower New Mexico’s Benefit Concert featuring Roberta Flack and Shawn Colvin at the Santa Fe Opera.

Francis offers loans in all 50 states, with particular emphasis on New Mexico, Texas and California.
