*Charges start upon arrival at customers origin and ceases upon completion at customers destination

*A truck and two men - $100.00 per hour | each extra man - $40.00 per hour

*Charges start when vehicle is dispatched from carrier's terminal and ceases upon return of vehicle to the carrier's same terminal
