Rick started his plumbing career in 1978 by attending a plumbing trade school. In 1980, Rick stopped pursuing his plumbing passion to serve our country. To honor his father’s desire that one of his sons would serve our county, he joined the U.S. Navy. This is where he learned some valuable life lessons, an incredible work ethic, and most importantly he learned to finish what he started. It wasn’t until 1984 that Rick moved to Colorado and started working as a plumbing apprentice. By 1986 Rick achieved his Residential Plumber’s license from the State of Colorado and in 1988 he got his Journeyman’s. His motivation to be the best craftsman he could be helped him attain his Colorado State Masters Plumbers License by 1989. During Rick’s training all these years he remembers one of his mentors quotes “You must learn how to repair it, before you replace it. Any monkey can be trained to replace a part, only the best know how to repair it.”
