Spencer Anglin

is an Arizona native and a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist who specializes in residential mortgage purchases with an emphasis on customer communication and expert loan file structuring. His extensive knowledge of the back office underwriting process allows him to help his buyers properly prepare themselves for the loan process. This back office experience also allows him to structure loan files for the best chance of success in this strenuous and constantly changing lending environment. Mr. Anglin also provides education to area REALTORS® in an effort to increase the awareness of underwriting guideline changes in the mortgage lending markets.

Mr. Anglin has over 10 years of mortgage lending experience including wholesale and secondary marketing experience. His focus has always been about communication and education with his clients and the REALTORS® that represent his clients. In addition to helping hundreds of families secure their mortgage financing in order to purchase or refinance their homes. Spencer volunteers his time as well. Spencer is a member with the National Association of REALTORS® and the Women’s Council of REALTORS®. Spencer is a native to Arizona born in Mesa, AZ and currently resides in the North Phoenix area with his wife Gina.
