Your building, contents and other personal possessions will surely receive superior insurance coverage under our Homeowners' Superplus Policy. The Policy covers your property against loss or damage from:

• Explosion
• Fire & Lightning
• Subsidence & Landslip
• Malicious Acts
• Flood
• Burst Pipe
• Riot or Strike
• Impact Damage
• Theft or Burglary
• Importantly the Superplus extends to cover the Building against Sudden or Accidental Damage not otherwise excluded in the Policy (this makes it an "All Risks" policy).
