Mr. Gray is a Project Engineer and Manager responsible for the design, planning, and scheduling of civil engineering projects. Mr. Gray has over 17 years of experience involving planning, programming and design of highway construction projects; engineering design, construction administration, and material testing; land development, infrastructure and buildings, and supervision of survey crews. He has specific experience in infrastructure design including roadway and pathway design. Mr. Gray excels at collaborative design processes, communications with clients and design team members.
