Cow County Title, a Nevada corporation was incorporated April 1, 1991 by its founders and owners Tom R. Arnhart & Cynthia L. Flavion-Arnhart.

Tom, President of the corporation, has been in the Nevada title insurance industry 28 years. Cindy, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer, has been in the Nevada title insurance industry 17 years. Tom & Cindy both were employed by FATCO in Tonopah when it was decided to create and start Cow County Title Co, a Nevada title insurance company.
