Adam was born in Meadville, PA, he was raised in Conneaut Lake, PA, and he graduated from Linesville High School (now being Conneaut Area Senior High). In 2009, he graduated from Penn State University in University Park, PA with a B.S. Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, a B.A. English, and a Certificate of Technical Writing. In 2013, Adam earned his J.D. cum laude from Widener University Delaware Law School in Wilmington, DE. 

In 2014, Attorney Stallard launched a boutique design patent practice that catered to industrial product manufacturers. Later in 2014 he began working with Jim Bourbeau Land Service, Inc. as an independent oil & gas title abstractor. He soon founded Stallard Title Service LLC, which is an oil, gas and wind energy title service company. Through his title company, Attorney Stallard examined real property title on hundreds of land parcels throughout Pennsylvania on behalf of several major energy companies.

In 2015, Attorney Stallard opened his flagship law office located in the heart of Linesville, PA. He is presently admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and before the United States Patent & Trademark Office. He is an active member of the Crawford County Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association, and he is an associate member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL) and the Northern Appalachian Landman’s Association (NALA). Attorney Stallard carries a significant pro bono practice through active participation in Crawford County's P. Richard Thomas Judge's Society.
