A somewhat related field to the recent emergence of "cyberbullying," internet defamation typically encompasses claims against anonymous persons who hide behind "screen names" or aliases to publish false and damaging comments or statements about individuals or entities on internet blogs, message boards, and websites. Attorney Wheeler has assisted clients in uncovering the identity of these individuals, obtaining injunctive relief and monetary damages.

Attorney Wheeler also provides estate planning services including Wills, Trusts, Health Care Proxies, and Powers of Attorney.
