Jefferson County Title Company was originally formed as Jefferson County Abstract in 1890 and became Jefferson County Title Company in 1911, it was re-chartered in January 1981 as Jefferson County Title Company, Inc. when the assets of Jefferson County Title Company was purchased by G. Austin Dishman, III and two partners. G. Austin Dishman, III eventually became the sole stock holder of Jefferson County Title, Inc..

Service Title Company of Jefferson County, Inc. was originally formed as Texas Abstract Company in the early 1900's and became Security Title Company of Jefferson County, Inc. in January of 1958 and re-chartered as Security Title Company of Beaumont Texas in March of 1975. The assets of Security Title Company of Beaumont was purchased by Larry W. Crocker and two partners in April of 1983 and chartered as Service Title Company of Jefferson County, Inc.. Larry W. Crocker and Jennifer J. Cohenour bought out the two partners in June of 1984 to become the sole stock holders of Service Title Company of Jefferson County, Inc.

Golden Triangle Title Services, Inc., d/b/a Jefferson County Title Company was formed on June 1, 1997 by the merger of Jefferson County Title Company, Inc. and Service Title Company of Jefferson County, Inc., our charter was issued on June 11, 1997 with the stock holders being G. Austin Dishman, III, Larry W. Crocker and Jennifer J. Cohenour. Golden Triangle Title Services, Inc. purchased the assets of Accurate Title Co., Inc. which was chartered in October 1985 and was originally chartered as Jefferson Abstract & Title Co., Inc. in September 1970.

We are currently licensed to do business in Jefferson County, Texas by the Texas Department of Insurance and write for Title Insurance for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation, Ticor Title Insurance Company and Title Resources Guaranty Company.
