Mr. Noel first graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and then went to obtain a Juris Doctor from the Université de Moncton. Ghislain is fluent in both official languages. His extensive business management experience combined with his problem solving skills help him deliver cost-effective solutions for his clients, whether he is acting for a business or an individual.

In his spare time, Mr. Noel enjoys playing hockey, dedicating time to health and fitness as well as traveling around the world to experience other cultures.

He is also a member of the board of directors of the CAFi (Centre d’accueil et d’accompagnement francophone des immigrants du Sud-Est du Nouveau-Brunswick), a not-for-profit organization that helps french-speaking immigrants settle in the Greater Moncton Area.
