As a real estate investor, I was always disappointed with the home inspections performed on my properties.  So I became a Home Inspector, to protect myself and others from wasting money.

What is a home inspection?

I inspect everything, starting on the roof, all the way down to the foundation.  Structural integrity of the home, electrical system, plumbing, heating & cooling equipment, kitchen appliances, water heater, attic, basement, garage, decks, grading, driveway, etc. 
Radon testing is also available.

My inspections are conducted in accordance with New York licensing regulations and the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI) Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.
