Dennis M. Santiago has been a Loan Officer for Mason-McDuffie Mortgage since 2014.  Previously, he worked for Guild Mortgage and American Savings Bank as a Branch Manager.

As a Loan Officer serving Homeowners in the Hawaii Island area, Dennis enjoys assisting customers to purchase or refinance. His success as a Loan Officer is supported by his excellent communication skills (he will call you back), combined with a passion for helping people realize their financial goals. 

His greatest strengths are his love for teaching and talking about loans and the lending process. 

Dennis graduated from UH Hilo with an Electrical Science degree. He has continued his professional education with certifications in Finance and NMLS.

He brings 18 years’ experience in the lending and mortgage fields to his work as a Loan Officer. He has completed numerous courses in Business and Finance. 

Dennis lives in Mt. View with his wife and their 1 cow. When not working, he likes to watch football. 

Despite his busy career, Dennis makes time to be involved with community organizations. He is a member of the Puna Professional BNI Group Hilo and Kona Board of Realtors and has served as the Education Coordinator of the Puna Professional BNI Group. He has also done voluntary work for Surf Rider Foundation.
