H&J Freile has been providing New Jersey home inspections since 1987. All of our New Jersey home inspectors are licensed NJ home inspectors. Our goal is to provide our clients with accurate and reliable information to allow them to make smart choices regarding their home purchase. Each inspector is also a member of the ASHI, the American Society of Home Inspectors – the oldest and most respected home inspector organization.

Our electronic reporting system organizes the house into eight major areas/systems and summarizes any major concerns which were discovered during the complete and thorough NJ home inspection. H&J Freile strives to make the inspection portion of the NJ home buying process as easy as possible. Inspections can be scheduled seven days a week and on many holidays. Our NJ home inspection reports are sent electronically (via e-mail) the next business day.  If you have a question or need an extra copy of a report, our customer service representatives are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST.

H&J Freile is a full service inspection company. For your convenience, H&J Freile can schedule and/or perform most other inspections required for your real estate transaction. In most cases, these additional inspections can be scheduled to occur on the same day as the home inspection. In addition to home inspections, H&J Freile can schedule radon testing, termite inspections, wood-destroying insect certification, mold testing, pool inspections, EIFS / synthetic stucco inspections, water testing, NJ PWTA private well testing, septic inspections, oil tank testing, soil testing, underground oil tank or UST locating, and lead paint testing.
