Mr. Joseph Pak Him Chan has been practicing as a barrister and a solicitor since 2004.

Since 2010, Mr. Chan started his own law practice that focuses on all aspects of residential and commercial real estate, and corporate/commercial law. He works on behalf of purchasers and vendors in a variety of commercial and industrial real estate acquisitions, sales, and financings.

Mr. Chan's practice also involves some wills and estate and uncontested family dispute.

Mr. Chan is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and the Law Society of Upper Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Windsor. He obtained his Honor Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto with a Specialist in Pharmacology.

Mr. Chan is also admitted to the New York State as an attorney.

Mr. Chan is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
