The Learning Center offers two snacks and lunch (USDA Guidelines). All food costs are included in the tuition fees.

Our Teachers

Our teachers are age-appropriately educated and placed according to the needs of the children and their teaching styles. They are also CPR and First Aid certified.

Infants and Toddlers

Our priority for the infants and toddler classroom is that they feel loved and secure. The infants and toddlers teachers will teach them baby sign language; they will read and sing to them as part of their daily curriculum. Toddlers need to see, feel and touch the world around them, and most of their learning will occur while they are playing.

Preschool 1,2,3

These classrooms will gradually transition the children into a more structured learning environment. Children will enjoy center time activities, circle time, a time for learning, as well as music and art activities everyday!

Pre-k Program

Our Pre-k classroom and curriculum is designed as close as possible to the Fredericksburg Public school Kindergarten readiness criteria. It contains structured learning opportunities and learning tools like: journals, song and poem folders, pre-reading and writing activities, computer, process art. science and creative movement.

KidSmart

KidSmart, our before/after school program provides a safe, fun place for your elementary and middle school-aged child! We currently serve children at the following schools:

Kids have structured time for homework, recreation, snacks, and other fun activities after school. The program combines academic, physical, and social activities to suit the whole child.
