Jeff was born and raised in Erie. Jeff's hometown has been good to him and he's been good to his hometown. Jeff is a graduate of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.

Jeff has been part of the transformation of Erie. Founded because of its location on Lake Erie and natural Bay, Oliver Hazard Perry built his fleet of ships for the War of 1812 from this Port. Jeff serves on the Erie Western Pennsylvania Port Authority. Jeff is past Treasurer and current Real Estate Chairman. Tremendous growth has taken place on Erie's Bayfront, of which Jeff has been a frontrunner.

Jeff serves as a Corporator for Saint Vincent Health Center, is a Board Member of the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission appointed by Governor Ed Rendell, is a Board Member of the Lake Erie Ballet, Board Member of the Erie Children's Museum and Committee Member of the Erie Redevelopment Authority Real Estate Committee.

Jeff's past posts include, 1997 President of the Greater Erie Board of Realtors, past Chairman and Member for 14 years of the Zoning Hearing Board of the City of Erie, past District 7 V.P. of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, past member of the Erie County Board of Assessment, past RPAC Trustee for the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and past Member of the City of Erie School District Local Tax Study Commission and past Member of the Selective Service Board.

Networking is Jeff's middle name, as you can see. Jeff is a Member of the National Association of Realtors and received the distinguished Sales & Marketing Award from the Erie Sales & Marketing Club.

Jeff resides in Erie with his wife Wendy and children.
