First Choice Moving and Storage Inc. Clarksville, Tennessee’s true locally owned moving and storage company. Owned and operated by Kenny Lieberstein and Tom Flores.

Kenny Lieberstein was born and raised in Clarksville, TN. He has four children. Kenny started this corporation in 1997 on a vision for success and started with one truck out of his home. He sold his 1995 Firebird to purchase a 24’ foot box truck. Before the moving company he worked in the restaurant business and missed out on a lot of family time to bring in the paycheck. In 2003 Kenny asked his best friend Tom Flores to partner with him.

Tom was delighted to get on board with Kenny. Tom also has four children and was also in the restaurant business.

Tom and Kenny are two of the most kind hearted and goal driven businessmen. From day one of employment, they have had a bond much like brothers do. They are always willing to work with the community when times are rough. As they always say, “If there is a will there is a way. “

In 2007, Tom and Kenny hired Jessica Swearingen as a receptionist. She has worked the front desk as well as loaded and unloaded trucks. She forms genuine relationships with customers and helps to increase business by taking the woman’s viewpoint. She currently holds title as the Office manager.

Our corporation has a strong belief in employee retention. First Choice Moving and Storage is always working closely with crew members to see what needs to be changed or improved on. 50% of our crew has been employed for 5+ years.
