Step 1 - on site consultation includes written feedback and a professionally prepared Room Ready Handbook. Arrangements can be made for remote locations to use technology for a real time walk through with written feedback. Distance is not a barrier.

Step 2 - Complete the recommendations. Referrals can be provided.

Step 3 - showcasing your home prior to Real Estate photos, or showcasing for "living".

Consultations for Seniors require a different skill set and are available for the folks moving and family.
