Master Chef Michael Dunn was emplyed with the British Royal family for 16 years during which time he earned 2 gold medals for international competition, Salon Culinaire, England.
He also delighted such esteemed guests as Elton John, The Beatles, Lulo, America, Frankie Valli, Roy Orbison, The Three Degress and more with his creative flair and delicate sauces.
Michael is also a member of the Craft Guild of Chefs and the Canadian Chefs Federation.
We also provide a catering service. From breakfast in bed served in your own home, to an intimate dining experience in our elegant dining room, to a banquet with 300 guests, Dunn with Flair will serve you an exquisit meal you wont forget

[Michael Dunn's]favourite dish to cook is salmon kubiak, originally a Russian dish that used Sturgeon. The recipes were initially given to Queen Victoria’s chefs to use when the czar visited and was adapted for salmon since they were more abundant."
