We often describe a home inspection as ‘the performance of a physical to assess the wellness of the home.’ This is a holistic approach. The primary systems of interest are: electric, plumbing, heating, structure, and roof. In addition, the Inspector will be noting the condition of a wide range of items (i.e. windows, doors, walls, ceiling, floors, cabinets, decks, porches, patios, moisture entry concerns, mold/mildew issues, fireplaces, stoves, chimneys). |
