A B Home Inspection was established in 2003.  Its focus is performing home inspections and related services in an effort to help clients assess the true value of a home - both at the current time and in the future.   An emphasis is put on educating the client on the conditions of the home and educational materials are provided whenever possible.


EVENING / WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS:  As a convenience to the client, evening and weekend appointments are available.   A B Home Inspection does not maintain an 8-5 schedule but works until the job is done.  If possible, inspections will be scheduled to accommodate the client's work schedule.


LOCKBOX ACCESS KEY:  A B Home Inspection works with Real Estate Agents and maintains a Supra lockbox access key in order to better coordinate access to homes for inspections.

Based in Hampton, GA, A B Home Inspection services all of Metro Atlanta and the surrounding counties.


Past jobs have been as far west as Villa Rica, as far north as Buford and Alpharetta, as far east as Covington and as far south as Macon.  All areas in between are serviced by A B Home Inspection.


Pricing

Pricing varies depending on the size of the home and the services being performed.   A quote can be provided over the phone after a few questions about the job are asked.   A B Home Inspection reserves the right to adjust pricing if conditions are significantly different than that conveyed by phone.


Following is a quideline only for services: 

  
HOME INSPECTION:  Prices range from $225 - $300   Older homes or homes with unusual conditions may be priced higher.


MOLD TESTING:   Pricing consists of a base charge of $75-$100 PLUS $75 per sample analyzed.  Multiple samples can be taken at one job. 


RADON TESTING:  Radon testing is typically $100 but may be higher due to location.


LEAD TESTING:  Initial on-site testing is $50.  Additional testing by the lab is $100.
