All pharmacies in Nova Scotia must offer the same basic prescription filling services. These include verifying the Rx and ensuring it is a safe (no allergies or drug interactions) and cost-effective alternative. Upon dispensing, the pharmacist would review the medication in a private area to discuss the intended use, treatment goals, anticipated duration of therapy and to answer questions.

Our pharmacy features additional services that we feel are customized and of a clinical nature including: in-store blood pressure & glucose (sugar) testing with interpretation, training patients to use their own monitoring device, preparation of a personalized medication calendar and medication reviews. As well, we offer disease state management clinics & consultations for conditions such as asthma, diabetes, cholesterol, high blood pressure, heart disease, and osteoporosis.

Our hours reflect our clinic approach and family focus. We are open from 9am – 5:30pm Monday thru Friday. However, we are available on-call during the evenings and weekends should you require our service.
