Commitment - A promise that simply cannot be broken under any circumstances, like God's promises to his people.

Consistency - Doing the right thing day in and day out.

Perseverance - Nothing great is easy, business must be something you absolutely love or you are in the wrong place.

Optimism - Building a business is hard, so is life. The journey does count, we see each "problem" as a chance to learn and grow both in our Christian life and business, negativism has no place in our business

Accountability - You are responsible for all you do, we keep the end in mind, nothing else counts as much as a good end result.
