About Overhead Door Sales & Service

Overhead Door Sales and Service was founded in 1985 by Jon Payne. The business started in a small office and warehouse in Spencer with 2 employees. With the growth of the business and changes in garage door companies they sell, they are now located in Arnolds Park with 5 employees. Overhead Door Sales and Service is an independently and family owned business striving to be the best in customer satisfaction, trustworthiness and knowledge of garage doors and products.   Overhead Door Sales and Service stands behind their work with an educated owner who has been in the garage door business for over 13 years.  They sell Wayne Dalton, Hormann, Haas, and Great Norther Door Company. Overhead Door Sales and Service provides service on most makes and models, including spring & cable replacement.

Nicole Norgaard-President/Owner:
Nicole has been with Overhead Door Sales and Service since 2001. She purchased the business from Jon Payne (her father) in April 2013.  Her duties include customer service, estimator, and management. Nicole enjoys watching her son’s sporting events and spending time with family and friends.

Jason Moore-Installer/Service Tech
Jason has been installing and servicing garage doors for over 11 years. He is very knowledgeable in both residential and commercial applications. He can solve many issues customers have with about any brand of door/openers that are out there. He loves the Boston Red Socks, enjoys hunting, playing darts and spending time with his wife and son.

Nathan Norgaard-Installer/Service Tech
Nathan has been with Overhead Door Sales and Service since 2010. He has many years of experience in the carpentry area and now has expanded his knowledge to garage doors. In his spare time, Nathan enjoys tinkering with 1969 International Scout and spending time with his wife and son.

Jen Crew
Jen has been with Overhead Door Sales and Service since 2013. Her duties include A/R & A/P and customer service. Jen also works at Pirate Jacks in the summer. She enjoys cooking and spending time with her fiance, Josh and Greater Swiss Mountain dog named “Moose.”

Clay Williams-Installer/Service Tech
Clay has been employed with Overhead Door Sales and Service since April of 2014.  He has a construction background with steel buildings and has been a great addition the team.  He enjoys spending time with his son.
