Hotel Overview

The Hotel 340 is a full service boutique hotel. The hotel's 35 rooms and suites are located on the upper three floors (floors 10, 11, & 12 of the Saint Paul Athletic Club and St. Paul's Downtown Clubhouse). We also offer extended stay and apartments.

The building that houses the hotel is a magnificent, historic (1917), landmark building with public areas designed in the English renaissance tradition. The hotel is located in the Central Business District near historic Rice Park. In addition to the hotel, the building presently houses:

• The University Club of St. Paul’s Downtown ballroom, banquet and meeting rooms
• The Saint Paul Athletic Club: 60,000 square foot state of the art fitness and wellness center available to guests (opening soon)
