Criterium-Bustamante Engineers has been an active member of the Community Association Institute of Pennsylvania and Delaware Valley for over 10 years and has been able to assist over 200 communities with all aspects of engineering services including Reserve Fund and Transition studies, capital needs projects and general consulting. Our commitment does not end when you receive your reports; we continue to be involved with the presentation of our studies and in assisting your community as new problems or capital expenditure questions arise for years afterward.
