New Life Staged Homes is the partnership of Kim Small and Suzanne Burkart, both of Cheyenne, Wyoming.

Kim, an ASP/IAHSP  with an artistic and interior decorating background, has also had success as sole proprietor of Stencible Stencils. Her designer stencils, which have been featured on QVC, have been sold and shipped all over the world. Kim has also been featured in several craft & design publications. As an ASP, Kim aspires to work with homeowners and realtors to use her creativity to develop the potential for living spaces that will increase the value of a home.

Suzanne, an ASP/IAHSP, has an extensive background in event planning and professional organizing. She has been a creative coordinator for many special events, such as graduations and baby & wedding showers, and has been a featured presenter for several local women's groups. She enjoys redecorating and re-purposing existing furnishings and accessories to create a new look specifically designed with her clients' tastes and needs in mind.
