As a mortgage agent it is my job to shop the mortgage market for you, alleviating the time consuming process and frustration associated with finding a mortgage. With access to over 40 lenders and not being affiliated with any one lender, I am completely unbiased in recommending a mortgage solution for you. The area of fees for my service has created confusion for some homebuyers/clients. My service comes at no cost to you as I am paid entirely by the lending institution that your mortgage is secured with. (Private mortgage lending is a bit different)

In addition to my 22 years of banking experience, I received my Accredited Mortgage Professional(AMP) in April 2005. This assures you that I adhere to a strict code of ethics with all transactions. To maintain the AMP designation I am constantly educating myself on the new mortgage products and trends.

I am located in the Port Perry area and serve the Durham Region, GTA and surrounding areas.

I will take the time to understand your mortgage needs and help you make mortgage decisions for your home, investment, debts or vacation property.
