Horizon Carpet Care & Restoration was founded in Southern California in 1980 with the mindset of exceeding their customers’ expectations. They continually asked their new customers why they were not satisfied with their prior carpet cleaner(s). They listen and took what they had said to heart. Their customers referred them to everyone they knew. They started to do work for people in the TV, film and recording industries and had the pleasure of doing work  for John Travolta and Patty Labelle  as well as many others in the industry.
