Jim Telepman (Partner) has been practicing law in South Florida since 1985, and has been with the firm since 1998. The head of our litigation department, Jim brings his extensive, varied experience to bear for the benefit of each firm client and each firm case, no matter how large or small. He has represented, and continues to represent, banks, title insurance companies and their insureds, developers, contractors, engineers, real estate brokers, and others in all forms of commercial disputes, in state and federal courts throughout the state, including courts of appeal and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Jim is rated AV® Preeminent' by Martindale-Hubbell, and is Board Certified in Business Litigation by the Florida Bar. Jim is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Florida Bar Association. He has served on the local Grievance Committee of the Florida Bar since 2010.
