At Robert Palmer & Associates, our mission is to advise and advance our clients’ needs and objectives through the use of accounting, consulting, tax and business management services.


Robert Palmer & Associates (RP&A) is a full service accounting firm for small business clients. We offer small business consultation, bookkeeping, tax and payroll services. RP&A works closely with financial planning service providers, attorneys who specialize in small business management, and insurance providers. We are a “one-stop shop” for the small business entrepreneur with experience in business plan development, cost accounting, GAAP, not-for-profit accounting, personal and business tax preparation, budgeting, cash flow management and commonly used financial systems.

We place a priority on providing timely, accurate, and personalized advice. We are reliable, practical, and thorough, and we sincerely have our clients’ best interests at heart. This is why so many of our clients remain with us for so long.

We recognize that to be effective we must also be accessible. This means promptly responding to telephone calls and emails, and revising our calendars to quickly respond to our clients changing needs. This philosophy is shared by each member of our firm and is key to our ability to deliver superior service.

We value input from both our clients and the business community, and use that feedback to help improve the effectiveness of our services. In addition, an independent public accounting firm reviews our Assurance and Advisory Services every three years as part of the profession’s peer review program. In each of our reviews, we have received the profession’s highest rating for the quality of our practice.
