Jeff Goering
Jeff began his career as a biologist with a major pharmaceutical company (PA) in 1993 after graduating from Messiah College (B.S. in Biology).  Jeff sharpened his analytical, presentation, and leadership skills, earning several promotions with increasing level of responsibility.  While in PA, Jeff took additional courses in Quality Engineering at Lehigh University and worked extensively with robotics and automated sequence processing. 

After 5 years in research/manufacturing, Jeff requested a transfer to the company's sales division in order to gain other skills and experiences. He met with great success in this new assignment and attained numerous promotions and awards from the company and was recognized as a leader and mentor within the organization.  In March 2009, Jeff was awarded the 2008 Vice President's Award for top sales for his expertise in the cardiovascular and diabetes markets and completed a 16 year career with the company.

Over the past 7 years, Jeff has created a real estate investment company which specializes in vacation and residential rentals. 

In 2007, Jeff was certified as an independent agent for a company that specialized in debt reduction. His business background, coupled with extensive knowledge of mathematics and real estate concepts has made for a perfect fit in helping people understand cash flows.  

In 2008, upon realization of some major gaps in financial services Jeff expand his efforts to help further educate clients and he opened a Professional Training Center (GOEplan).   GOEplan became a center for his agents to meet and train clients. In order to to meet the needs of his clients- he became licensed with Virginia (and various other states) for Life/Annuities and Healh Insurance.  Jeff continually looks to find financial tools that help his clients create customized plans.  Watch for our announcement of the opening of our Harrisonburg, VA branch as we continue to grow.

Jeff is an active member of the Waynesboro Rotary Club, Co-Founder of Mission Hope Adoption Ministry, and is an active volunteer in the community for the schools, scouts, and sports. His favorite endeavor as a community volunteer is as a sports coach both with Young Warrior Wrestling Association and as the lacrosse coach for Fishburne Military School in Waynesboro, VA.

Jeff enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors (camping and fishing).
