Education and training
Brian L. Williams, a lifetime Kansan, graduated from the Missouri Western State College in St. Joseph, Missouri with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and a minor in Legal Studies. While at MWSC, he pitched for the school’s varsity baseball team and was active in many student organizations.
Thereafter, he attended law school at the University of Kansas School of Law, graduating with his Juris Doctorate degree. While at KU Law, he served as Head Student Representative for both the Barbri and Westlaw organizations. He also was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
Career and present
Mr. Williams was admitted to practice law in Kansas and the United State District Court in 2004. He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Kansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Kansas Bar Association and Lyon Chase County Bar Association. Mr. Williams is the past president and vice-president of the Lyon Chase County Bar Association.
Mr. Williams works to provide the type of personable and quality representation that clients deserve. He devotes the majority of his practice to adoption, criminal law, child custody, civil litigation, drug defense, driving under the influence, divorce, forfeitures, and personal injury cases.
