Gray Home Inspections is determined to give you the best inspection in the industry. With cutting edge investigative tools, we will help you decide whether or not your potential house is the right one for you. Our focus is on defects and ultimately saving you headaches and costly repairs in the future. For example updating insulation levels, updating old wood windows, replacing old galvanized water pipes, or fixing that old broken stair, are all possible problems we will be looking for during your inspection.
Ultimately our goal is to create a higher level of inspection, giving you the knowledge and and wisdom to make your house a home.
Home inspections began as a consumer service in the early 1970's in response to the growing demand by home buyers. To meet this need, the Canadian Association of Home & Property Inspectors (CAHPI) was formed; this is the national Association that all provincial organizations are members of. The OAHI is the CAHPI member in Ontario. On December 9th, 1994, the OAHI became a self-regulating professional body when the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors Act received royal assent , granting the OAHI the exclusive right to define qualification requirements, regulate its members and grant the designation "Registered Home Inspector" and "RHI" to qualified practitioners in the Province of Ontario.

Philosophy We strive to be the best at what we do!
Personal attention to each job
The key to a good inspection is the attention to detail. Using the right tools and looking for clues to potential defects, will help you avoid a costly fix in the future. A home inspector must act like a detective searching for evidence of water penetration, or potential fire and safety hazards, etc.
Client participation
To ensure our clients needs are satisfied, we invite our clients to participate and provide input during the inspection process. This will help you learn more about your future house and learn how to keep it healthy and safe.
Professionalism
We maintain a consistently high level of professional care and responsibility in each job. We guarantee all of our work to be of the highest quality, as we know our clients would expect nothing less. We treat your future home as if it were ours.
